SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Please make sure your billing information is input correctly at the time of checkout. In the event that your billing information is input incorrectly, your order may be delayed if additional information is needed.

Orders over $75 qualify for Free shipping using code SHIPFREE

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING 

Free shipping on all domestic orders that exceed $75 before shipping cost and after any discount code is applied (customer must select this option at checkout). If your order does not qualify for free shipping, we offer our $8.00 flat rate ground shipping (offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands). All packages are shipped with UPS or USPS.

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE

We provide tracking information on all orders. You will be able to track your package the entire way with the shipment confirmation that is provided. Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery. We will not be held responsible for orders that show “DELIVERED”. Signature may be required at the time of delivery.

A $15 return shipment fee will be applied if your package is returned to our facility by our provider under the same label for any reason (return shipment may vary on international shipments).

SALES ITEMS

All items on our SALE tab are non-refundable, non-returnable. All items on our SALE tab are FINAL SALE. All discounted items are also FINAL SALE. We reserve the right to add or remove items from our SALE tab at any time. Any sale or final sale item received for a return or exchange will not be honored. No exceptions. If your order exceeds $500, there will be a 15% restocking fee applied on returned items.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES/ REFUNDS / STORE CREDIT:
As an online company, we strive to provide a return and exchange service that’s virtually hassle-free!
All eligible items must be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receiving your item(s).
Here’s how it works:
IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN OR AN EXCHANGE ON CLOTHING AND/OR ACCESSORIES, ALL ORIGINAL TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED IN ITS ORIGINAL PLACEMENT AS WELL AS THE ITEM MUST BE RETURNED WITH ITS ORIGINAL PLASTIC PACKAGING. ANY ITEM SENT TO OUR FACILITY WITH STAINS (MAKEUP, DEODORANT, ETC.) OR DAMAGED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR A RETURN, EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT AND A RE-SHIPPING FEE WILL BE APPLIED. PLEASE NOTE, REFUNDS AND STORE CREDITS ARE ISSUED FOR THE ITEM COST EXCLUDING ANY SHIPPING EXPENSE AND THEY ARE PROCESSED BACK TO THE ORIGINAL FORM(S) OF PAYMENT USED FOR THE ORDER. CASH REFUNDS ARE NOT OFFERED, NO EXCEPTIONS. ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURN, THE ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND WILL BE CREDITED BACK WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS. YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM OUR ACCOUNTING SYSTEM AFTER YOUR REFUND IS PROCESSED ON OUR END
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
1. Email info@shopluxeladies.com Order #, Product Name/ Size and Reason.
2. Pack and secure your items in the original packaging.
3. Purchase a shipping label from a carrier of your choice (the cost of the return is your responsibility).
4. Ship the items(s) off to the address provided, and you’re all set.

RETURNS BY MAIL:
Just send us a quick email info@shopluxeladies.com with your Order#, Product Name/ Size and ship the item(s) back to us. Once we have received your returned package the item(s) that are eligible for a refund will be credited back to the original form of payment within 5 business days.

A: As stated in our Return Policy, the cost of shipping your item(s) back is at your own cost.
